Email disclaimer

Breach of confidentiality

Email and any files transmitted with it are confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are addressed. Messages may contain confidential information that is intended only for the individual named. If you are not the named addressee you should not disseminate, distribute or copy the email. Please notify the sender immediately if you have received the email by mistake and delete it from your system. If you are not the intended recipient you are notified that disclosing, copying, distributing or taking any action in reliance on the contents of the information is strictly prohibited.

Unintentional transmission of computer viruses

Computer viruses can be transmitted via email. The recipient should check any emails and attachments for the presence of viruses. Auburn Design Limited accepts no liability for any damage caused by any virus transmitted in an email they send. Email transmission cannot be guaranteed to be secure or error-free as information could be intercepted, corrupted, lost, destroyed, arrive late or incomplete, or contain viruses. The sender therefore does not accept liability for any errors or omissions in the content of the message, which arise as a result of email transmission.

This privacy policy sets out how Auburn Design Limited (AD) and DotDoc (DD) uses and protects any information that you give when you visit this website, or when communication is made and/or data is transferred between us.

AD and DD is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

  • Contact information including email address, telephone, mobile and postal address

How long we retain your data

All files and data we hold on you or your company/organisation that were generated before the effective date of this policy, will be kept for a further 7 years unless you request their deletion.

All files and data generated after the effective date of this policy will be kept for a maximum of 7 years from the date they were generated.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In-order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.
