Training services
Although all the templates, presentations and documents we create are set-up with the end user in mind, occasionally you might need a helping hand. For this reason, we provide training support services that can be delivered in one or more of the following ways:
On-site training
We can travel to your office or premises and demonstrate how to use the templates first hand. This could be delivered to one or more users at a time.
Documentation
Instructions can be provided for using the templates. These could be as simple as a paragraph of text, or a full written document complete with screen grabs describing how you use the template.
Please note:
As standard we do not provide on-site training or written instructions for the templates and presentations we produce. If you think these options may be of benefit please ask for pricing details when you request a quote.
These training support services are not intended to provide full working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications. They are intended to provide supplementary help with the templates, presentations and documents we provide.
